General

We've now been open seven months and over this period we have tried and tested many different recipes and ingredients and have learnt a huge amount.

When we started in August, we were changing the menu daily but we have worked hard on our consistency and now focus on a seasonal menu.  This means that we hope to deliver every time and we can focus on our fantastic specials.

We have stayed true to our values:  simple, honest and fresh food.  Everything is homemade from our bread to our ice cream and we take pride in everything that leaves our kitchen.
